Stitched Tags, Web Die & Trendy Happy Thanksgiving- The Stamps of Life

It’s the 20th of September, which means RELEASE DAY at The Stamps of Life!!!  I have three new things to share today.

Stitched Tags are one of the items…. perfect for cards, packages or simply as a decorated tag.

Here are some samples I made:

I used Sizzix Hello Sunshine, Triplits and faces4stamps to decorate my tag.

I used Flower Power Dies and hive4bees to make this one.

And a Christmas one…

Along with the Stitched Tag Die, I also used Sizzix Gift Fold-it  and Christmastree2Stamp Dies.

Now on to Halloween….

Web4Us  is an older set by TSOL, but now it has coordinating dies!  I always loved the stamp set, but I love it even more now that it has matching dies.

This was super easy to make….. just dies and a little bling:)

I only used dies for this one too, but paired it with Grid 2 Die Set.

Lastly, now we’re on to Thanksgiving….  I love this  Trendy Happy Thanksgiving Die!

I paired the word die with Sizzix Happy Thanksgiving 3-D Drop-ins Sentiments  and turkeypudgie8.

I used TSOL Big Banner Die Set and the pumpkin stamp/die from turkeypudgie8 to make this Thanksgiving decoration.

Stocking Set and Mini Thanks Card Sizzix/The Stamps of Life

Happy September 15th!  This month is flying by….. it’s hard to believe we’re half way through the month already!  I have TWO awesome releases from The Stamps of Life  to share with you, today.

The first one is a really fun die set called  Sizzix Stocking Set, which is part of the Fold-its collection,  and the other is Sizzix Mini Card, Thanks Sentiment Set, which is part of the Drop-ins collection.

I had so much fun making these stocking cards.  The combinations of colors and patterns are just endless!  Here are a few I made:

No stamping involved here, I simply used the die cuts in the set and a white gel pen to create the look of stitching on the heel and toe of my stocking.  I love the dimension the white felt and trim add to this card!

Same die, but totally different look.  I love to use nontraditional colors on my Christmas cards.  I stamped my snowflakes using snowflakes2stamp stamp set and used Sizzix Tags and Stamps  and Dies for my tag and sentiment.

One more…

I had my two sons in mind when I made this card:)  They both have cats and I always add their pets to my Christmas list… I thought this would be a perfect card to put a gift card into from their local pet supply store or to just send as a Christmas card.  I used hats4critters with coordinating dies to make this card.

Now on to the Sizzix Thanks Mini Drop-in

You can really make some cute, fast cards with this die set!

This card took about 5 minutes to make… Simple, but cute, I think!  I colored in my flowers, added some sequins here and there, then finally added a die cut heart.  I love the color combo of this card!

This time, I just used the “THANKS” from the die set and used it on a traditional card front.

Lastly, I made a “Thanks” baby themed card.

I used Sizzix Triplits, Oh Baby  for the cute little duck and bottle and onsie4baby with dies to make my rattle.

Christmas Tree Solids and Patterns & Turkey Pudgie Stamp/Die Set- The Stamps of Life

Hello everyone!  There’s some new releases at The Stamps of Life today! Patterns4Christmastree and Solids4Christmastree that coordinate with Christmastree2Stamp, which was released on the first of this month.

Here’s a few samples of what I made using these coordinating sets:

This tag is perfect for any package or gift bag…

I used the Sizzix Half A2 Card Die Set to make this card…

And the Exclusive Stitched Rectangle Dies for my sentiment.

This is what the inside looks like:)  Both sentiments on the outside and inside of the card are part of the Christmastree2Stamp set.

One last sample, but this time using Solids4Christmastree Stamp Set:

I created my little box using Handle Box Die,  then stamped the tree, the solid portion, the sentiment, and then had fun decorating it with some buttons!  Fun!!!

I’m going backwards with my holidays, (YIKES!) because now I’m going to share the next in the series of “pudgie animals” that Stephanie releases each month, called Turkeypudgie8 for Thanksgiving.

Isn’t he cute?!  I used the Sizzix Mini Square Stand-Up for my card base.

Last year Pilgrimboy2Stamp  and Pilgrimgirl2stamp  were released, and they work perfectly with the Turkey Pudgie!

Christmastree2StampNativity2Stamp- The Stamps of Life

Hi everyone!  This is my second post today because there are so many fabulous new releases happening at The Stamps of Life, today!!!

It’s September 1st today, which means a new Club Set!  Did I just say September 1st?  Whoosh!  What happened to summer?  Fall is creeping upon us, and so isn’t Chrisitmas!  I LOVE both of these new Christmas releases!

Christmastree2Stamp with coordinating dies is the Club Set this month!

The best part is the tree doesn’t have to be used for just Christmas… It’s perfect for a winter or outdoor scene!

Here are some samples I made using this set:

I love using nontraditional Christmas colors, sometimes!

For the base of my card, I used the Exclusive Stitched Rectangle Die Set and Sizzix Dotted Rectangles. I used TSOL felt to make my tree and stars, and added mini pom-poms to the stars for a fun look to my tree!

This card was so much fun to make!  I used all the different sentiments to create my own patterened paper.  Once again, I used TSOL Stitched Rectangle Dies(see link in above card) and also used Sizzix Greetings Scalloped Edge Drop-ins.

Here’s a look at the inside of the card.  I used Sizzix Happy Holidays 3-D Drop-ins Sentiments to make the inside pop up portion.

And one more… but I just used the Christmas lights and stars from the set.

I couldn’t resist…. How cute is this little guy?!  I used Sizzix Circles, Dotted Framelits Die Set to put my dog on.  The dog is from Friends4Cookie stamp/die set. His Santa hat was made from Hats for Critters Dies and TSOL felt.

Now on to the nativity2stamp stamp set and dies.

I absolutely LOVE,LOVE, LOVE this set!  Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always adored nativity sets, and have a few that come out every Christmas.  I was soooo excited to get this stamp & die set!

And one more, a shaker style card.

I used the recently released Scalloped Rectangles and Rectangle Dies to make the box part of my shaker card. Stephanie’s new Adhesive Foam makes making shakers so much easier:)!  I was never really a fan of making shakers, they just seemed like so much work to me, and I was always losing my fillers…Now I think I actually like making them!

Believe Statement Set, Sizzix Card, Merry Christmas Set- The Stamps of Life

I was able to make these two samples in no time…. Honestly, it took me longer to decide which papers I wanted to use!

I couldn’t resist putting the little bells on this one!  It definitely wouldn’t work as snail mail, but it could be hand delivered, or placed in a package being mailed:)
