Hello! I’m here today to share a variety of cards I made using Sizzix/Stephanie Barnard Rectangle/Gift Card Flip-its Card Set. I recently ordered it from http://thestampsoflife.com and have had so much fun creating all kinds of different cards with it! It’s the newest kind of flip-card and probably the most versatile one yet. With the holidays around the corner, I know I won’t be putting this set away anytime soon…
First I’ll share two traditional style flip-its I made. The large flower on the front and the ladybug is included in the set, along with many other awesome dies!
I added some punched out flowers on the corners with some ribbon for a fun and cheerful look.
I love the color combination on this card. I found this DP hiding in a drawer, that I have had FOREVER…. I have no idea where I got it, but I love when I find hidden gems!
For the sentiment and banner on this card I used chalksayings2stamp and used Sizzix Flower Layers & Leaf Framelits Dies to make my flowers. I added some brads and was done. I like how there is plenty of room to write on the “flip side” too if you don’t want to add the “secret panel”.
Now, on to a coffee gift card I made from my favorite coffee place.
The small coffee cups were made using TSOL coffee4two stamps and dies, but these are even more dies included in the set. The gift card fits perfectly and there’s plenty of room to stamp or write something on the opposite side.
The next type of card I made is for business cards. I made my son some of these for his job. He’s a forester and is using these for potential clients and thank you cards. I did slightly trim down the business card for it to fit properly in the slots, but it worked out perfectly.
Along with my card die, I paired stocking2stamp tree dies from the set and Sizzix/Stephanie Barnard Leaf Triplits to complete this card. My son liked them, and I hope his clients do too!
Last up is an idea I came up with to create a coupon card. I made the coupon on my computer and added the sticker to the front of it. I die cut the congrats and hearts, and then stamped the sentiment all from TSOL.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Your visits, questions and comments are truly appreciated. Until the next time…. Happy Stamping!
