Coffee Makes Everything a Little Better…

Happy Wednesday, or “Hump Day”!  It’s midweek and I already feel like I need the weekend!  I started my day with two EXTRA STRONG cups of coffee.. My usual one cup just wasn’t going to cut it this morning!  I made these cards a little while back, but had not shared them yet.  These are two new sets to me that I recently added to my collection of coffee stamps:)

For my first card I combined two different sets.  The sentiment is by Hero Arts.  It’s a fun set because they give you different word choices to insert where I stamped “coffee.”  The coffee cup stamp is by Fiskars along with the punch I used to make my flowers. The stitched rectangle dies are from The Stamps of Life along with the patterned paper and ink color Chocolate

Well, this morning coffee did make everything a little better! 😉

Next up, is a card I made using all stamps from Inkadinkadoo and dies from Spellbinders (the scalloped circle) and the tag from Sizzix/The Stamps of Life. The designer paper is some I had hiding away in my stash.  I was really pleased with how this one turned out.  Simple, but elegant at the same time.

I love the two little birds sitting on the cup:)

Hello spring Time

Hello!  Tomorrow is officially the first day of spring and I could not be happier!  Today, I’m sharing a card in honor of spring time:)  I love watching the flowers bloom and everything turn green again.

To make my card I used stamps and dies from The Stamps of Life.  I used Lively Flip-Its Card Die Set and Pinwheels2stamp. You can find the Flip-Its Die here and the stamp set here  The felt flower buttons I had hiding in my stash.  I’m not sure, but I think I may have got them from Joann’s Fabric.

This was a fast and easy card to put together!  Flip-Its make card making so easy and they’re so much fun to receive.  Who doesn’t like receiving an interactive card?

More French Fry Cards…

Hello everyone!  I hope you had a nice weekend, they sure do fly by!  Today,  I’m sharing a few more cards using my March Stamps of Life Club Set called frenchfries2stamp Stamp & Die Set.  I’m also using the coordinating sets called sayings4frenchfries and French Fry Box Die.  You can find all of these products here.

First up is a fun and happy card!

Isn’t this fun?  I used a few additional stamp & die sets for this card.  I also used Sizzix Bird & Tree stamp/die set, saltshaker2stamp and birdcage2stamp

My next card is a masculine one. I personally struggle with these type of cards, but I’m happy with the way this one turned out.IMG_1916

The last thing I’m sharing today is an adorable French Fry Box Die that I purchased from TSOL to coordinate with my club set. I think it’s so cute!  No frenchfries in this one… I decided to go a totally different direction.  I used TSOL lemonade2drink & morelemonade2drink stamp/die set and Triplits Hello Sunshine Die Set.

Super-Sized Birthday

Hello everyone!  I hope the start of the weekend is going well.  Today, I’m sharing a couple of cards with you, using my new March Club Set by The Stamps of Life called frenchfries2stamp stamp/die set.  You can find it here

Although I don’t eat french fries very often, I have several members of my family who LOVE them!  I can see some french fry cards coming to them in their near future;)

My first card uses a few additional items from TSOL.  To make this card, I used the following products: 5×7 Flip-Its Card Set, Scalloped Circles-Large Circle #4 Flip-Its, solids4hippos, Sizzix Tags & Words, Sizzix Flower Dies

I have to say, I love using the new 5×7 Flip-Its!  There is so much more room to embellish:)

This one was super easy and fast to make!  I embellished using Sizzix/SB Triplits Party Hats.  I love how they added the individual fries you can die cut.  I may have to blow the dust off of my paper crimper to make crinkle fries next time!
