Books! My Monthly Hero Arts Card Kit

Hello! I hope you are all well! Do you like reading? I LOVE reading, but I’m old fashioned and it has to be a physical book, one that I can hold and turn the pages! Nothing is more relaxing then getting lost in a good book! Another one of my passions is, well… making cards, of course!

I recently signed up to receive the My Monthly Hero Arts Card Kit and so happy I did! I love my first month’s subscription and couldn’t wait to make some cards!

Here’s my first card I made. I love this big tree and all the other stamps in the set! I also love that there’s coordinating dies for all of the stamps. Coloring is not my strong point, but I really enjoyed coloring all of these cute images:)

For my next card, I used the CardKit, but also some additional things from my stash. Creating this scene was so much fun!

In addition to my card Kit, I used Hero Arts In The Study stamp/die set that I have had for a very long time. It’s sold out at Hero Arts, it may be available on Amazon. The accessories on the mantel are from this stamp set. I created my picture frame using Hero Arts Infinity Frames. The fireplace die is by My Momenta that I purchased at my local Hobby Lobby.

Sunshine and Rainbows

Hello friends! I hope you are all well! It’s feeling a bit like spring here in New England, and it makes me so happy! I’m counting down the days until it’s officially here and warm temps are here to stay!

Springtime and warm weather were the inspiration for today’s card…

Sunshine and rainbows scream springtime to me! I used Taylored Expressions Over the Rainbow to make my card today. I started with the Rainbow Stencil and finished with coordinating stamps. I love this happy Rainbow set:)
