Enjoy Every Moment

Happy Sunday!  I hope you’re having a restful day.  Today I’m using my brand new ROYAL STAND UP CARD BY SIZZIX.  I’ve had my eye on it for quite some time now, and finally decided to splurge and great myself to it.  you can find it over at THE STAMPS OF LIFE, along with the CHALKSAYINGS2STAMP SET AND TRIPLIT FRAMELIT FLOWER DIE SET.  I’m happy with my finished product.  The paper from COLORBOK fit the shabby chic look I was trying to achieve.  It’s still quite snowy and chilly here in New England, so I thought I would use some flowers to brighten my day!  Thanks so much for stopping by to tale a look!  I hope you liked my card! 

 

Easter Egg Hunt

Today’s card is one I made for my niece.  The dog looks just like hers, so I know when she receives it, it will surely bring a smile to her face.  The card went together quickly…those are my favorite kind!  I used my STAMPS OF LIFE set to stamp the dog, it’s called BIRTHDAY4COOKIE.  The banners are also from the THE STAMPS OF LIFE called BANNERS4ALL.  The eggs and grass are from a retired set from STAMPIN’UP called FLOWER FILLED.  Let me tell you, lots of those oldies sets of stamps are still goodies…I’m so glad I never parted with that set.  It’s one of the first sets I ever purchased:). All of the inks used were from STAMPIN’UP as well. The basket hanging around the dog’s neck is a die from BICYCLE4TWO which can also be found at THE STAMPS OF LIFE.  This was a fun card to make!  I’m thinking of making my other niece the same card, but substituting it with a cat that looks like hers!  Thanks for stopping by today, feel free to leave a question or a comment:). Lotus blossom cards

Last week I stalked up on all of my STAMPIN’UP card stock and was able to earn this Lotus Blossom stamp set for free!  I just love it, and know I’ll be using it for multiple occasions.  The first one I used MELON MAMBO ink and matching paper.  The embossing folder is from PROVO CRAFT, the die from SPELL BINDER, and the little pearls from JOLEE.  Hope you like it! 

For the next one I used more STAMPIN’UP paper and inks.  The colors are DAFFODIL DELIGHT and MELLOW MOSS.  The embossing folder is another one from PROVO CRAFT.  The paint splash in the corner is from STAMPIN’UP called WORK OF ART as well as the little green dots.  Such a fun set:). Happy St. Patrick’s Day Card

Hello!  Happy St. Patrick’s Day!  I wanted to share a quick card with you today that I made to celebrate the occasion.  This is another card I used my CRICUT to create.  The cartridge is called A CHILD’s YEAR and the banner and sentiment is from THE STAMPS OF LIFE. Happy Easter

Today’s card was quick and simple!  Easter is right around the corner, so I thought I better get started making my cards.  There’s not a whole lot of stamping going on other than the sentiment.  I used my CRICUT to create the silohouette.  The name of the cartridge is called A CHILD’S YEAR. I don’t own too many cartridges, but out of all the ones I do have, this is my favorite.  The Swiss dot embossing folder is made by PROVO CRAFT (another favorite of mine).  I made the flower by using my MARTHA STEWART punch, and the tag I die cut using SIZZIX TAGS AND WORDS from THE STAMPS OF LIFE. The Easter greeting is from a stamp I bought years ago at a fair with no company name on it.  I love the pastel colors used on it!  Thanks for stopping by and taking a look:) One card down with several more to go!  Have a great day!

Miss You Card

Hello!  I’m sharing another card today using my March club set  BICYCLE2Stamp from THE STAMPS OF LIFE.  I  LOVE this set!  I have several bike stamps, but this is my favorite!  I wanted a “springy look”.  Is that a word?  I stamped and die cut all the pieces, then added the bunny in the basket.  I don’t know about you, but I’m counting down the days until spring!  Eleven days to go, woo Hoo!  Thanks so much for taking a minute out of your day to stop by:) ENJOY!



A Day in the Park

Happy Sunday!  I hope you’re having a great day!  I have to say, I’m having so much fun with my new stamp set.  Today everything used is from THE STAMPS OF LIFE.  Once again I used BICYCLE2STAMP stamps and die, along with SIZZIX FRAMELIT BIRD&TREE set.  It’s just such a fun and cheerful set!  I love the sentiment on this card too.  Stay tuned… For sure I’ll be creating more with this fun set.  I hope I’ve given you a little inspiration to go and create something for yourself!  Thanks so much for taking a minute to stop by!  Have a fabulous day:)



Hello card

It’s the beginning of the month which means it’s time for me to receive my new club set in the mail from THE STAMPS OF LIFE!  Yippee!  Once again it wasn’t a disappointment.  The stamp and die set is called BICYCLE2STAMP.  It reminds me of the bikes my husband and I rent to ride at the beach each year!  This set also comes with some nice sentiments too.  I’ll be sharing more bike cards with some of the sentiments in the very near future.  Don’t you just love this stamp? The clouds on the card were made from a punch from FISKARS and run through an embossing folder by PROVO CRAFT.  This card puts a smile on my face, and reminds me that spring is on the way!  Thanks for taking a minute to stop by today!  I hope you liked my card:)
