Scalloped Squares & Fireworks4Squirrel- The Stamps of Life

Hello everyone!  I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend!  I have some new releases to share with you….

Scalloped Squares are new today and come in a set of 6 nested dies and are exclusive to The Stamps of Life.

The butterflies used on my card are from the Sizzix Half A2 Card Set, the flowers used are from TSOL Mini Flower Die Set and the sentiment is from the November 2017 Card Kit Club.

I used the Sizzix Half A2 Card as my card base and once again, the November 2017 Card Kit for my sentiment.

The sentiments used on the inside is from the December 2017 Card Kit Club.  The Card Kits come with the best sentiments, I think! I use them all the time.

fireworks4squirrel and fireworks4squirrel Die Set is such a cute set to celebrate the 4th of July! I LOVE the fourth of July!  I have the best memories of when I was a little girl celebrating and carried on the tradition by hosting a BBQ every year at my house.  I live on a lake and we always sit and watch or take a boat out to view the gorgeous fireworks!

Here are the samples I made using this fun set:

I used all glitter paper and embossed in gold.  This card was a fun experiment because it was the first time I ever embossed on glitter paper…. I wasn’t sure if it would work, but it did!

This time I used the Shadow Box Die as my card base and gave my little squirrel a flag to hold.

Star Background Die- The Stamps of Life

Hello everyone!  It’s all about stars today and lots of them! There is a new die that has been released by  Sizzix/Stephanie Barnard called Sizzix Card Front 

It’s perfect for so many different occasions!

I paired the star card front with Shine Statement stamp & die set The die and all of the sentiments coordinate beautifully with this background!

***Note: This die is VERY intricate and I found that for the best results with cutting you need a Sizzix  Precision Base Plate or use wax paper and a cheap dryer sheet under the card stock when cutting through your machine.***

Sayings4Pineapple, Patterns4Pineapple& Bird Pudgie- The Stamps of Life

Hello Friends!  I hope you’re well and enjoying the spring time weather!  It’s a release day over at The Stamps of Life  today!

In my case, this is so TRUE! I’m a girl who likes the sun and warmth!  I used the Large Sizzix Large Circle #4 as my card base and sun on the card front is from summer4fun.

Bird Pudgie is the next new release! He’s #15 in the series of pudgies.  Cute, cute, cute!!!! Every pudgie in the series keeps getting cuter and cuter, I think!

Isn’t he so sweet and adorable?  I used the recently released Dotted Hearts and perched my little pudgie on the branch die from the previously released Owl Pudgie set.

This sample was super easy and quick… I used Border Dies to create my grass and the Sizzix Flowers and Fence stamp/die set to make my fence.

New Releases! Pineapple2Stamp, Coffee Statement Set & Sizzix Dotted Hearts

Hello friends!  Happy May 1st! It’s a release day at The Stamps of Life and I have some brand new stamp and die sets to share with you!

pineapple2stamp is this month’s Club Set. If you’re a Die Hard Member you get the coordinating dies, too! It’s such a fun set… Check out Stephanie’s video HERE

On this card I added the TSOL Small Bow Die and made my own banner die.

Coffee is LITERALLY my best friend and when I received this Coffee Statement Set  I squealed for joy… True Story!  If you’re a coffee fanatic like me, then I’m sure you get it.  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this stamp and die set!!!

Yup… liquid sunshine in a cup!  I paired this stamp/die set with TSOL Stitched Ovals, Sizzix/SB Triplits, Hello Sunshine and Sizzix/SB Coffee Stamps & Dies.

I used TSOL Shadow Box Die for my card base to create this card, and then paired it with TSOL Oval Dies and Hot Chocolate Dies to make my mug and spoon. How true is that statement…  life begins after coffee!  Every morning that’s how my day starts and I know it’s true for MANY others, too!

Sizzix Dotted Hearts are a set of 9 dies and perfect for celebrating many occasions!  I used them to celebrate my love of coffee on my sample card!

In addition to the Dotted Hearts I used Coffee Statement Set,  TSOL Scalloped Rectangles, Sizzix/SB Dotted Circle Dies and Sizzix/SB Coffee Stamps & Dies.
