Celebrate Fourth of July- The Stamps of Life

Hello everyone!  The Fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays!  I have so many happy childhood memories celebrating,  and the tradition continues… Every year my husband and I  host a barbecue for my family that is filled with lots of eating, fishing and swimming… and then at night we enjoy all the fireworks being set off around the lake we live on.  Fun times!  And of course, I appreciate living in a free country!

I have an easy patriotic card to share with you…. not much stamping involved, just die cutting!

To make my card I used Sizzix Star Fold-its to layer my stars. The flag is on a toothpick and can be found at a party store, or in a grocery store in the baking section. I used ONLY Stitched Rectangles Dies as layering. The sentiment and “fireworks” are from fireworks4squirrel with dies.  I die cut “Celebrate” using Celebrate Word Dies and lastly, I used a banner die included in the  the December 2017 Card Kit XOXO Collection. Party Statement Set, Dogspotpudgie & Sparkle Collection Card Kit- The Stamps of Life

Happy first day of summer!!!!  Summer is my favorite season!  I just wrapped up the school year with my kindergartners yesterday, so I’m officially on vacation.  It’s ALWAYS bittersweet because I love my kids, but love the care-free days of summer, too!

I have some NEW products to share with you

Party Statement Set 

I love the statement sets because they can be mixed, matched and are so versatile!

Using the  Sizzix Flower Fold-its as my card base, I made this engagement party invitation.

And another shaped card paired with the Party Statement Set, this time with  the Sizzix Cupcake Fold-its.

dogspotpudgie2stamp is finally released!  It was originally an Exclusive for Scrapbook Expo and is the now available to everyone.  If you’re a pudgie collector, it’s #2 in the series.

Once again, I used the Sizzix Cupcake Fold-its as my card base.  Isn’t he cute?  I used the party hat from birthday4cookie . The “Yappy Birthday” sentiment just makes me smile:)

And lastly, I just love June’s Card Kit Club, Sparkle Collection!

So many goodies in ONE box!!!!

In addition to my Card Kit, I thought it would be fun to also use umbrella4you and turn it into a beach umbrella, along with summer4fun to create my sandcastle.

Star Fold-its & Gift Flip-it Insert- The Stamps of Life

New! Sayings4Shells & Mermaids2Stamp- The Stamps of Life

Hi everyone!  It’s June 7th which means it’s a NEW RELEASE day over at The Stamps of Life  and they are both super cute! Perfect for summertime!

This month’s Club Set shells2stamp has coordinating dies (Available June 20th) and previously released, solids4shells and now NEW today is sayings4shells… which has awesome sentiments and brings so much more versatility to this stamp/die set.

Here are a couple of samples I have to share with you using sayings4shells:

The base of my card is the Sizzix/Stephanie Barnard Stand Up Circle Die Set paired with shells2stamp, sayings4shells, faces4stamps and this cute heart die that is included in the Sizzix Sidekick Starter Kit.

To make this card, I used sayings4shells paired with shells2stamp and solids4shells.

I’m so excited about mermaid2stamp with coordinating dies!  Total cuteness!  It   pairs so well with shells2stamp or can be used by itself. So much fun for the summer!

I think these mermaids are so cute…. and I couldn’t resisit adding a couple of shells to my card….

I used Shadow Box Die Set as my card base for my mermaids paired with Hello Sunshine, Triplits, whale2stamp dies, Island2visit dies and  chalksayings2stamp die (to make my banner.)

Seashell Stamps & Dies Sizzix Edgelits Scallops and Zigzags- The Stamps of Life

Happy 1st day of June!!!!  Can you believe it’s June already? I couldn’t be happier because I LOVE the summer time and in just 19 more days I’ll be wrapping up another school year … which means I’m off for the whole summer! Woo Hoo!

It’s also a release day at The Stamps of Life  and this month’s Club Set is so perfect and adorable for summer time cards!  The set is called  shells2stamp with coordinating dies and it’s super cute!
